Go to Settings > Touch ID and Passcode > Scroll down and Turn Passcode off. I wouldn’t recommend you do that though since your iPhone’s passcode is what stands between anyone else from accessing your iPhone and personal information.

Simply said as possible: If you have Face ID enabled on your iPhone, you CANNOT turn off Passcode on the phone. If you don't want any form of security (not a good idea), turn off Face ID, then you turn off Passcode.
