Doesn't fit flush to the outside, sticks out about a inch or so. do not buy as a replacement window for a mobile home, unless you don't care that it looks stupid sticking out of the side of your home, or you want to cobble together some kind of trim to try and hide it. keeping, because its too much of a hassle to return and board up the window waiting on another style. otherwise, a nice window, especially from the inside.
