Ingredients: - 1 packet nori sheets - Olive oil in a spray bottle (or olive oil with a brush) - Sea salt or sesame seeds Method: 1. Preheat oven to 150°C (fan-forced). 2. Lay nori sheets shiny side up on a lined tray, spray generously with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. If you have a pastry brush, use it to ensure the oil is evenly spread. Stack 3-4 sheets on top of one another & repeat
