On the 18th January 2025, Sam Brown of the North Cotswold Hunt encouraged hounds onto a chased fox. As can be seen in the video, Sam takes the hounds round the other side of the covert where terriermen Chris Trotman and pals are standing near a badger sett to discourage the fox from going down. A film from a couple of weeks ago at a North Cotswold Hunt meet*** Hounds could be heard in the quarries and it is suspected that they had chased a fox into one of the many hiding places such terrain affords. The hounds waiting patiently whilst the officiual terrierman employed by the hunt tramples through brambles and is looking into the rock face is highly suspect. They all moved away afterwards.
