Zucchini Slice ✨ You can adjust this however you like - sometimes we add corn, feta or even grated carrot! Recipe: makes 10-12 large pieces 2 large zucchini, grated 1 Brown Onion, diced 200g Bacon, diced 1 small Red Capsicum, diced 1 cup Cheese (I use Parmesan) 6 eggs 2 cups Self Raising Flour 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Salt Mix all together and pour into a lined baking tray and top with extra cheese.
